Description

This tour combines history, culture, and the unique beauty of Armenian nature. Departure from Yerevan to Garni Pagan Temple (1st century), the only surviving Greco-Roman style temple in the region. Next stop is Geghard Monastery (UNESCO World Heritage Site), famous for its rock-cut churches and medieval khachkars (cross-stones). Finally, we will head to Garni Gorge to admire the natural wonder Symphony of Stones – stunning basalt columns resembling a giant organ. During the tour, you will enjoy a tasty break with coffee, tea, and traditional Armenian gata. Upon request, we can also arrange lunch or a traditional Armenian meal. The tour is available both as individual and group option.
